This policy explains what information okoristudios.com collects and what we do with it. The site is run by Okori Studios, LLC, a portrait and lifestyle photography studio in West Palm Beach, Florida.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the form on the Contact page:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- The date of your shoot
- Your message
If you email us directly at info@tiemokori.com, we receive whatever you include in that email.
How we use it
We use your message to reply to you, check availability and plan your session. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, its servers record basic technical details of each visit, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Gumroad handles purchases of our Lightroom presets. When you buy, you’re on Gumroad’s site and its privacy policy applies. We receive your name, email and order details from Gumroad.
- Google (Gmail) handles our email, including the copy of each message the form sends us.
- Pixpa hosts client galleries. If you book, your name, email and session photos are stored there so you can view your photos and pick your favorites.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they view. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across other websites and doesn’t identify you personally. This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising pixels.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for four weeks so we can follow up and refer back to past conversations. Client information is kept as long as needed for your session, your gallery and our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you at any time by emailing info@tiemokori.com.
Your photos
If you book, your contract says whether we may share photos from your session on this site and on Instagram. We only share them with that permission.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Parents booking family sessions provide their own contact details.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
